A failure to follow the application guidelines posted below may result in a delay in the approval process. Please read and follow the guidelines carefully. Update as of May 4, 2021: In addition to all applications being filed with the Town Clerk's Office, all applications must also be submitted electronically to zba@townofbecket.org.
Before submitting any application to the ZBA, please contact zba@townofbecket.org and request an informal discussion with the board. The ZBA will provide you with the date and time of the next meeting.
