About the Ambulance Department: The town operates the Becket Ambulance Department, a full-time Emergency Medical Service, licensed at the Paramedic level. The ambulance is housed at 629 Jacobs Ladder Rd.  The department provides primary EMS response to the Town of Becket, as well as mutual aid response to the surrounding towns. The Ambulance Department is staffed 24/7/365, and currently employs three (3) full-time EMS providers, and a mix of twenty-seven (27) per diem Paramedic, Advanced, and Basic EMTs.  These EMTs stand ready to provide the residents of Becket with high quality care and professionalism when the need arises.  We average 250 calls annually.
