canceled - Becket Athenaeum - Solar Eclipse Prep Party

Canceled due to the weather.

Due to the snowy forecast, our Solar Eclipse Prep Party has been cancelled. But, you can still get a pair of eclipse glasses and a take-home eclipse project kit at the library! Glasses and kits will be available in the library's entryway starting Friday evening.

Each project kit contains two pairs of eclipse glasses, materials and instructions for building a safe viewing device and an orrery, along with eclipse crafts, and more! 
 

Due to limited supplies, please take one kit per family. If you'd prefer glasses only, please limit to one pair per person. 

Stop by the library on Saturday between 10 and 4 for eclipse-themed snacks!

IF the library is closed Thursday, 4/4 due to inclement weather, the information will be available via the library's website and social media.
