Pursuant to the foregoing warrant, a Special Town Election was held in the Becket Town Hall, 557 Main Street, on June 28, 2003. The polling hours were 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m. There were 10 absentee ballots. A total of 133 voters participated and cast ballots. The results of the election are as follows:

Shall the Town of Becket be allowed to assess an additional $191,628.00 in real estate and personal property taxes for the purposes of fully funding its assessed share of the Central Berkshire Regional School District Budget for fiscal year 2004 for which the monies from this assessment will be used for the fiscal year beginning July first, two thousand and three?
