Meeting called to order: 7:07 p.m.
Review and Acceptance of June 4th, 2010 meeting minutes – Robert Gorden makes a motion to approve minutes of June 4st, 2010. Mark Burgwardt seconds motion; unanimous Approval.
Public Hearing: Mr. William Cichaski, 27 Western Ave, Map 211 Lot 86.
Secretary reads a letter that Mr. Cichaski has written to the ZBA requesting that he may withdraw his application without prejudice. Board members listen to the letter, Chaiperson, Joshua Lombard solicits for a motion on the board. Mr. Nick Speranzo makes a motion to allow the request for the withdrawal without prejudice to be accepted, Mr. Robert Gorden seconds motion; Unanimous Approval.

New Business- Board members are given a new application for their review. Board members review application from Richard and Joanne Zannoni, 165 Jester’s Lane; Applicants request a variance.
Board members also review a possible proposed plan for 253 Long Bow Lane, the Epstein Residence. Board members agree that it would be necessary to have the entire plot plan, showing where the neighbors’ house is. Board members also discuss the possibility of scaling the proposed addition from 15 ft. back to 12ft. instead. Board members agree that how the neighbors would view this project may have some bearing on the decision of the board.
Mark Burgwardt makes a motion to adjourn the meeting, Bob Gordon seconds motion; unanimous approval. Meeting is adjourned at 8:02 pm.
