Board Members Present: Gale LaBelle; Chairperson, Joe LaCascia; standing clerk, Robert Podolski
Board Members Absent: Bob Ronzio, Beth VanNess, Martin Schlanger
Members of the Public Present: Patrick McClogan, Taconic Land Consultants.
Meeting called to order: 9:15 am
Mrs. Gale Labelle, Chairperson, opens meeting . Mrs. LaBelle states that the meeting is being held in accordance with Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A and the By-Laws of the Town of Becket.
Form A- Property located on Gentian Hollow Road, Map 407 Lot 118.
Mr. Patrick McClogan approaches board and presents the Form A plans before them. Mrs. LaBelle states that Mr. Bob Podolski has been faxed a copy as well for his review. Mr. McClogan explains that this piece of property is owned by Mr. Michael Burtt and is located on the south side of Gentian Hollow Road, just east of its intersection with Fred Snow Road., Assessor Map 407, Lot 118. Mr. McClogan states that the applicant is Mr. Jerry Carr of Springfield Ma. Mr. McClogan states that there have been two perk tests done on the property. Mr. LaCascia and Mrs. LaBelle review plans as submitted. With no further questions, board members vote. Board members present vote to approve. Unanimous Approval.
