Treasurer’s Report: OK Reserve Fund contains $1218.00
Business:
1. $900.00 from our two accounts paid for Historic District signs. Rita will check with town treasurer as to which account monies came from. Bill is on record.
2. Rec’d information from Baynard Cutcliff on various town events. Information was gleaned via the internet.
3. MHC sent information on e-mail addresses, membership update list, and a request form for the regional training module.
4. Aaron will pursue getting information on digitizing maps and records as a back up system.
5. Rob contacted a sign company who might be able to provide plaque forms for old house identification.
6. No meeting in May unless a necessity. Rob will contact us if there is a need.
7. Historic District large signs have arrived. They are paid for. Cost $900.00 was voted at the previous meeting. They will be mounted on posts when ground thaws. Probably will be bolted rather than applied with epoxy on posts.
8. McNerney Road bridge inventory rec’d from Mass Highway. Rob has notified them of the Shaker Mill Brook archeology site. (also notified selectmen, and administrator).
9. Local Historic Commission notified us of their future meetings.
10. Small Historic Signs being completed by Aaron and Jennifer are in progress and should arrive with a month or so.
