Treasurer’s Report: OK Reserve Fund contains $1218.00
Business:
1. Neil “Toomey attended to discuss the CPA. (Community Preservation Act). There will be an article on the annual town election ballot in May, 2008. He distributed literature and asked us to make phone calls prior to the election.
2. Request from Gary Tabor asking for information on the stone square. We are assuming he is referring to the town pound. Rob will contact him.
3. New liason person between library and our commission is needed for disaster emergencies. Nancy Wilson has agreed to be that person temporarily.
4. Six Maples information is still being sought. Owners of property have not responded to requests for information. (Property on Bonny Rigg Hill)
5. Platform with wheels will be built for the file cabinets and map file. Cost is $32.50 for the wheels. Rita made a motion to reimburse Rob. Barbara 2nd, Passed. Purpose is to raise those pieces for ease in moving and protection from future flooding.
6. Following an extreme rainfall, flooding occurred in the HC office. Rob, Barbara, and Rita met and reorganized the office and cut back the carpet to dry out the wet areas. Earlier, Rob and Barbara lifted the rug and moved furniture to dry out the room.
7. Meeting officially adjourned and then Rita, Barbara, and Rob filed for the remainder of the hour.
