Business:
1. Budget request will be $1,000.00 which will include an explanation of extra monies needed for sign work. Barbara made a motion for $1,000.00. Harry 2nd. Passed unanimously.
2. Camp communication. Location of Camp Bonnie Brae? (Girl Scout Camp) is located in Otis on Algery Rd.
3. Formal thank you needs to be sent to Ballou Family for their donation of baskets, pictures, and the railroad sign. Rita will send one.
4. MHC asks that we keep them informed of cell tower progress off Wade Inn Road.
5. Becket Historical District Signs will be 2’ x 2 ½’. Discussion held regarding size of font, shading, white space, and overall appearance. Rita will contact Signsmith in Chester for a better mock up of actual size to be presented at the next meeting.
6. General Store opening progress is slow. Test for contamination has not been done yet. Rob will send letters of support should anyone want them.
