The meeting opened at 7 PM with no visitors. The 2/04/09 minutes were approved.
Towns are encouraged to take actions regarding trench safety rules which take effect on March 1.
The Board received an e-mail stating that the drinking water tests around the Becket General Store were positive. We will receive detailed reports in the near future. It should be noted that Ginger Conner has not been involved in any decisions of the Board regarding the Becket General Store.
A copy of Map 206 with the marked private wells was sent on 2/18/09 to AMEC. All wells were approximately 100 feet from the CSX Railroad.
The 2/19/09 meeting of the Conservation Commission was noted.
The Title 5 Report of 25 Will Scarlet conditionally passed A broken pipe needs to be replaced and the well site located before it can be approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 8 PM.
