The meeting was called to order at 7 PM and the 1/21/09 Minutes and the 1/26/09 Department Payments to Treasurer were approved.
The 2008 Annual Report and proposed 2009 Budget Request were approved.
The Workshop Calendar was shared.
The TRC Report on the old Becket General Store was received and the water tests are scheduled for 2/10/09.
A letter from NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) concerning mercury in lamps was shared for future action.
An Application for Disposal System Construction Permit at 115 Hopkins Lane (413/26.2) was approved.
The meeting adjourned at 8 PM.
