BECKET BOARD OF HEALTH

The meeting opened at 7:00 PM and we had two visitors, Colleen O’Conner and Keith Tremblay.
The 5/07/08 minutes and the 5/19/08 Department Payments to Treasurer were approved.
Camp Lenox was informed that they had not fully complied with 2007 Beach Reports.
Camp Watitoh reported that their staff orientation starts on June 25th.
Valerie Bird is available to sign forms 9A and 9B as an approved soil evaluator.
A Title 5 Inspection and percolation test were approved at 39 Becket West Road, Map 204 lot 49.
A revised septic design on Hopkins Lane, Map 413 lot 28, was approved.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
