BECKET BOARD OF HEALTH
3/19/08
Bill Fuller was the only member present at 7 PM 3/19/08 and he met with Mr. Alfred Kirchner about the proposed septic system upgrade at 210 Goodwin Road. Mr. Kirchner had several questions which need to be resolved. The Board will meet with the designer, after the Conservation Commission meeting, on the property to determine what changes are required to the proposed plan. Mr. Kirchner will be notified when the revised plan is available for his comments.
Mr. Robinson and Ms. Conner reviewed the file on Thursday (3/20/08) and the following actions were taken:
The 3/05/08 minutes were approved
The notification of three regional meetings were reviewed.
Title 5 Inspections were approved at:
3238 Main St. Map 207 lot 69
63 Algerie Rd. Map 219 lot 237
305 Wells Rd. Map 216 lot 589
The review of 210 Goodwin Rd. (210/20) is postponed.
The neighbor to 63 King Arthur Drive (217/89) has not contacted the Board in regard to a reduction of the set back for the proposed septic tank; therefore the Board reaffirms the Application for Disposal System Construction Permit 2007-62.
