The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
1. Minutes of 1/10/08 meeting – not yet ready. To be reviewed at future meeting
2. Revised FinCom annual report for Becket annual report Approved as submitted, unanimous
3. Free cash certification – no news
4. Audit – no news
5. 1/31/08 meeting is cancelled, since Mike & Amy are not available
6. $60,116 CBRSD capital surplus. Richard Furlong suggested it is unlikely Becket will receive a refund of this money; it will probably need to be applied to future bond payments
7. Review 1st draft of FY2009 Warrant.
Some Q&A with Richard about various expense lines.
Finance Committee expense line reduced to $1,000. Unanimous.
There was no public input.
