The meeting was called to order at 9:35 Board members present were Susan H Donnelly, Elizabeth A Will, and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of June 24, 2008 as read.

At 11:00 Beth VanNess addressed the Board regarding beach rights at Center Pond
Entered into Executive Session at 11:15 to discuss abatement/exemption applications.
Voted to return to open meeting at 11:40.
