The meeting was called to order at 9:15 Board members present were Susan H Donnelly, Elizabeth A Will, and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of May 28, 2008 as read.

· 2008 Motor Vehicle Excise abatements report for May - $266.15
· Voted to sign Warrant and Commitment for Section 5 Motor Vehicle Excise bills - $251.25

· Report of the Board of Assessors – May 2008
· Forest Cutting Plans
· Letter from the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development regarding Small Commercial Exemption
· Decided on a new pricing scale for reports requested by the public
Will cancel June 10 Open Meeting due to lack of quorum
