The meeting was called to order at 9:15 Board members present were Susan H Donnelly, Elizabeth A Will and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of April 08, 2008 as read.

· Report of the Board of Assessors – March 2008
· Notice of MAAO evening workshop regarding ATB decision on central valuation of Telephone Companies – to be held in Shrewsbury
· Discussed declining State reimbursements for the Community Preservation Act
· Reviewed schedule of Road Districts salary requests for FY2009
Voted to go into Executive Session at 10:20 to discuss abatements.
Voted to return to open meeting at 11:40.

· Reminder: Will attend one day of the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers Spring Conference on Wednesday, April 16, 2008
