The meeting was called to order at 9:30 Board members present were Susan H Donnelly, Elizabeth A Will and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of April 01, 2008 as read.

· 1, 2005 Motor Vehicle Excise abatement
· FY2008 Preliminary Property tax abatement reports for the months of July, September, October, November, February
· Revised FY2008 Property Tax abatements for December

Voted to go into Executive Session at 10:40 to discuss abatements.
Voted to return to open meeting at 11:17.
