The meeting was called to order at 10:45 Board members present were Susan H Donnelly, Elizabeth A Will and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of March 18, 2008 as read.
Signed:

· 3, 2006 Motor Vehicle Excise abatements
Reviewed/Discussed:
· Authorization for the Community Software Consortium to add Becket’s assessment data to their site with a link to Becket’s web page
Voted to go into Executive Session at 11:35 to discuss abatements.
Voted to return to open meeting at 12:28.
Old Business:
· Will attend the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers’ Spring Conference for one day - April 16
