The meeting was called to order at 11:10 Board members present were Susan H Donnelly and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of January 15, 2008 as read.

· Boat Excise and Motor Vehicle software upgrade
· Notice from Community Software Consortium regarding a user group meeting to address the requirement of the Department of Revenue’s FY 2008 Equalized Valuation Program – February 6, 2008 in Springfield.
· Department of Revenue tech support will set up valuation data in laptop computer, create FY2009 file, and effect year-end rollover of values in database – January 29, 2008
Voted to go into Executive Session at 11:40 to discuss exemptions.
Voted to return to open meeting at 12:00.
